We offer a wide range of advice to companies considering an IPO (an Initial Public Offering) on AIM or ISDX.

Our advice covers a wide range of areas including project management, strategic and financial advice, valuation, the design of management and employee shares schemes through our associate firm The RM2 Partnership, the appointment of non-executive directors and the appointment of other advisers. 

We guide our clients through the often complex and time consuming IPO process. We help short list and select the other advisers to the IPO, which will include a corporate broker and NOMAD, reporting accountants, lawyers, financial PR, research and investor relations. 

We negotiate with third parties on your behalf saving time and money.
